These Terms of Service govern your use of services provided by Stitial AI, including AI growth solutions consulting, strategy, integrations, prototypes, and production implementation support. By engaging our services or using this website, you agree to these terms.
1. Scope of Services
Stitial AI provides professional services for AI growth solutions development and consulting. The exact scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in project proposals, statements of work, or other written agreements between Stitial AI and the client.
2. Project Terms and Payment
Fees, billing schedules, and payment terms are defined in the applicable commercial agreement. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within the period listed on the invoice. Late payments may result in paused work and delivery delays.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely access to required systems, environments, approvals, and subject-matter input. Project timelines and outcomes depend on this cooperation.
4. Third-Party Platforms and Models
AI growth solutions may rely on third-party services such as speech recognition, text-to-speech, telephony providers, and large language model platforms. Stitial AI is not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, or behavior of third-party services outside our control.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each party retains ownership of its pre-existing intellectual property. Upon full payment, clients receive the rights to project deliverables specified in the agreement. Stitial AI retains ownership of internal tools, frameworks, templates, and know-how used to provide services.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect confidential information shared during the engagement and to use it only for delivering or receiving the agreed services.
7. Warranties and Disclaimers
Services are provided on a professional best-effort basis. Except where expressly stated in writing, Stitial AI disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI growth solutions outputs can be probabilistic and require human review.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stitial AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, revenue, or data. Total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the services giving rise to that claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement as allowed by the governing agreement. Clients remain responsible for payment of fees for services performed up to the termination date.
10. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms become effective when posted on this page. Continued use of our website or services after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
